Who are we: ApH Apartments & Hotels in Prague - booking & accommodation agency offers accommodation in serviced apartments, hotels and pensions in Prague. For our clients we are able to arrange also other services in tourism. Currently we are running E-apartment-Prague at www.e-apartment-prague.com & Fewo Prag at www.fewo-prag.com & Appartamento Praga at www.appartamento-praga.com

Reservation: all orders we akccept by phone, sms on 00420 603 99 1234 or by email on info@e-apartment-prague.com or info@fewo-prag.com or by booking form by requested accommodation. Booking has to be confirmed from us via confirmation email.

Prices: are listed in EUR or in CZK. These prices are fixed. Detailed prices - you can find them in section PRICE LIST in the MENU. By payment in another currency, is total amount depending on actual bank exchange.
We are not using any hidden charge, no extra service charges, taxes, booking fees or credit card fees.

Payment: the payment shall be made in cash or by credit card (if is accepted) on the day of arrival. In some case (top periods, long term stay, groups etc.), can be guarantee required (credit card details or payment in advance 15% - 100% by credit card or via bank transfer).

Cancellation terms: cancellation of the booking is possible to do it anytime by phone or by email. In case of cancellation 15 day and less prior to arrival or no - show, can be charged you a cancellation fee.

Check-in & check-out: Reserved apartments are at your full disposal from 14:00 p.m. On the day of your departure it is necessary to leave the apartments before 11:00 a.m. The time is possible to change after agreement individualy for free or for a charge. In hotel or pension you have to follow hotels instructions
When apartment, hotel or pension has own Rules of accommodation, the guest is bound to observe them. In case he / she infringes them, the owner of the object has the right to withdraw from the contract of providing accommodation service before the expiration of the agreed time without any financial compensation.

Transfers: fixed prices you can see here . By the stay 5 and more nights - transfer from / to airport (train station) for free of charge (valid only by some apartments, hotels and pensions)
Airport Praha Ruzyně is located around 20 km (30 - 40 min.) from the city centre of Prague, main train station Hlavní nádraží is right in the centre and train station Holešovice is located around 5 km (10 - 15 min.).
By booking of the transfer - driver will wait for you at the airport (train station) with your name on a card and take you to the apartment, hotel or pension. In case of any problem (delay, early landing etc.), you can contact us on 00420 603 99 1234 and we will always help you.
