| Mirjam Bernad | Die Ferienwohnung hat eine TOP Lage-alles per Fuß machbar!Ausstattung ist gut, aber ein paar Kleinigkeiten (Nudelsieb,mehr Saftgläser,Gewürze,etc.) würden es perfekt machen. W-Lan und ein Mini-Balkon (max. für 2 Personen) für Raucher runden das Angebot ab. Wir waren sechs Personen und dafür ist die Wohnung sehr gut geeignet. Für 8 Personen kann man sie auch nehmen - zum Schlafen ist genug Platz, aber genau 8 Teller/ Gläser und lediglich 4 Stühle beim Essen würden den Aufenthalt erschweren. Der Ansprechpartner vor Ort ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Supermarkt ist 10Min zu Fuß. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert - super Preis/Leistungsverhältnis! |
| Stefan | Die Wohnung hat eine perfekte Lage,sehr zentrumsnahe und trotzdem ruhig.Man ist in 2 Minuten auf dem Wenzelsplatz, von dem aus man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erlaufen kann.Die Wohnung ist sauber und geräumig, wir hatten mit 6 Personen genug Platz. Der Vermieter ist freundlich und er hat uns auch einen sicheren Parkplatz in einer nahen Tiefgarage vermittelt.Alles in allem waren wir rundrum zufrieden und werden sicher wieder mal dort wohnen. |
| Herr Krämer | Wir waren in der Vorsaison (März) mit Kleinkind in Prag und sind von der Stadt begeistert! Die Ferienwohnung ist zentral gelegen und man kann die Altstadt über den Wenzelsplatz in 15 min gut zu Fuß erreichen. Die Anbindung an die U- und Fernbahn ist optimal. Wer die etwas längere Wanderung durch die Stadt über die Karlsbrücke auf die Kleinseite scheut, kann schnell drei Stationen mit der U-Bahn (zum Kurzstreckentarif!) fahren und befindet sich schon beim Palais Waldstein unterhalb des Hradschins. Die Wohnung selber ist sehr ruhig, geräumig, funktional und schlicht (aber durchwegs ordentlich) eingerichtet, allerdings insgesamt etwas dunkel, da alle Fenster zu Innenhöfen zeigen. In der Küche findet sich eine gute Grundausstattung fürs Selberkochen, sie könnte jedoch noch durch Kleinigkeiten wie Nudelsieb, Gemüsemesser, Gewürzvorrat oder Mülltüten verbessert werden. Eine Waschmaschine gibt es nicht, dafür eine Wäscherei in der selben Straße nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Benötigt man einen Staubsauger, sollte man dies gleich zu Beginn mit dem Vermieter besprechen. Der Vermieter ist freundlich und entgegenkommend. Unstimmigkeiten konnten recht schnell geklärt werden. |
